What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your request and to suggest properties that match your search. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and ALC’s legitimate interest in following up the business relationship.
Who receives your data
The ALC team and its hosting provider (OVH SAS), only to run the service. Your data is never sold or passed on.
How long we keep it
3 ans à compter du dernier échange, puis suppression, sauf obligation légale de conservation plus longue.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or ask for a copy by writing to contact@alc-ie.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Listing your offices with us
If you offer us offices, we keep their description and your details so that we can call you back and prepare a possible mandate. Nothing is published without your written consent.
Email alerts
If you set up an alert, we keep your email address and search criteria to send you new matching offices, at most once a day. The alert only starts once you have confirmed your address. Every email has a link to stop it in one click; a stopped alert sends nothing more.
Notifications on your device
If you turn on notifications for a search, your browser gives us an anonymous subscription address, provided by its maker (Google, Mozilla, Apple…), which we keep with your search criteria. No email or name is asked for. A notification is sent at most every 4 hours, when a property matches. You can stop them from the notification, from the website or in your browser settings; a subscription removed by the browser is deleted.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking. That is why no consent banner appears: the only things stored are needed for the services you use, which the law exempts from prior consent.
Your favourites and the properties you have viewed: kept in your browser (local storage), never sent to ALC unless you choose to send us your favourites. You can remove them at any time from the Favourites page, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your last search, for the “Back to results” link: cleared when you close the tab.

Audience measurement
Visits are counted without cookies and without storing anything on your device. IP addresses are not kept: they are only used, mixed with a random value changed every day, to avoid counting the same visit twice. Bots are excluded. Legal basis: ALC’s legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit its website.
Map
The base map is loaded from OpenFreeMap’s servers, which therefore receive your device’s IP address to display the images, as with any website. This service sets no cookies.
